We know your time is very limited and meeting/conference organising may not be your main role, so we can support you with our Free Venue Finding service.  We also know that you must have the confidence, when outsourcing all or part of your meeting and conference planning, that service levels are surpassed.   • our opinion of the recommended hotels/venues, based on experience
  • outlined measurable cost savings and venue service enhancements
  • a selection of tried and tested off site dining suggestions
  • innovative social programmes that are individually tailored to your group
  • contractual advice to minimise your financial exposure

There is no fee for this service, providing MMI are the
sole Venue Finding Agency working on your behalf
